One of the big problems with tarmac is that it loses colour as it dries out over time. Exposure to direct sunlight will have an adverse effect on most external surfaces and tarmac is no exception. The tarmac will lose colour and possibly start to crack up in places if left too long without some king of ongoing maintenance to remedy the situation.

Once this has been done we will pressure clean the tarmac to remove any moss, algae and general grime that may be present on the surface. After the tarmac has dried off (usually 1-2 days), we can then coat the tarmac with Tarmaseal™, a high quality protective coating for tarmac surfaces from Smartseal. The tarmac restorer will put back the original coloour and provide a hard wearing protective seal to the surface of the tarmac. We always apply two coats for long lasting protection.
